Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for a change of mind.
However, we will offer a refund, exchange, repair or credit if the product is faulty or incorrectly described. Items which cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless faulty or incorrectly described) are wigs, jewellery, make-up, nail polish, brushes, hair accessories, hair extensions, colours, bleaches, peroxides and used electrical products.
If an item is returned, it must be in original condition: unused, unopened and in its original packaging with all seals intact. Your refund will be made to the original payment method—unless you paid via PayPal, Afterpay and Zip Pay payments, which will be refunded in cash or applied to your Credit or Debit card.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
