Faulty returns can take up to 10 business days to reach our Head Office via Australia Post. You can monitor your parcel’s progress using the tracking number provided on your return label.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. If a refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
For orders requiring a Gift Card, it will be issued upon assessment of the returned item and sent within 24 hours. If a replacement item is needed, it will be processed within the same timeframe as a standard online order, and a new tracking number will be provided
