We are sorry to hear your package has arrived damaged.
Firstly, please don’t throw the item or the packaging away. Keep the product in its current form (unopened if you haven't already) and take a few photos of the packaging and damage.
Email the photos and your order number to our Customer Care Team at enquiries@hairhouse.com.au, and we’ll investigate what might ’ve gone wrong.
Your order/receipt number can be found by accessing the ‘My Account’ portal and clicking ‘Order History’. Then head to the ‘Online Orders’ section and refer to the relevant order.
