Help! My product has been delivered damaged!

Firstly, please don't throw the item away. Keep it in its current form (unopened if you haven't already) and take a few photos of the packaging and evident damage.
Email the photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number from the same email you made the purchase with, and we’ll investigate what might’ve gone wrong.
More than likely, it was a simple hiccup along the journey to reach you, in any case, we'll endeavour to solve the problem for you.
Ok, so what if my product is faulty?
Contact Customer Service using the Customer Service form ↗ or by emailing email@example.com. We can then work out if the company that supplied your item have their own warranty and return policies. If this is the case, we will quickly connect you with them so they can help you out with all your queries!
Otherwise, we will work as fast as we can to sort out your situation.
All we need to make this happen is the images of your damaged goods, some proof of I.D of the purchaser, and a little patience. We're on it!
