We’ll work hard to have your order ready for collection within 3 hours. However, during busy periods, processing times might vary slightly. Once your chosen store has packed your order, you will receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email.
When you collect your order, remember to bring a copy of the email with you Click & Collect order number and Photo ID.
(The name on the Photo ID must match the details on the order confirmation email.)
Please note, that Christmas, New Year, Public Holidays, and individual store closures will affect the collection time for Click & Collect and Same Day Delivery orders. Orders placed during store closures will be fulfilled the next open day.
